I’ve tried the Arcadu free trial and I want to subscribe how do I do this?

You can download our order form fom the Pricing Page or click here

Send your school order number and completed Arcadu order form via email to sales@learningwithgames.com and we will enable your school account within 24 hours. You will receive an email with admin password and full details of how to add students and staff.

You can then either upload students details using the CSV file or input students manually through the add students function. Staff accounts can be easily created using the add teacher feature.

Your students and staff will then have full use of the Arcadu challenges and reporting features with clear instructions available for staff explaining how to issue homework challenges, access assessment reports and add their own content.

I love the Arcadu concept but which subjects are included?

The Arcadu concept is based on saving staff time and enabling schools to focus on learning within the classroom. Arcadu includes over 7000 questions covering the following subjects.

Can we add our own content?

Yes all of the Arcadu features fully support additional school content via a simple process allowing staff to quickly add their own bank of questions using a range of question styles. These can be for a single level or across a range of abilities.

How long does it take to set up my school?

Within 24 hours of receiving a school order we will issue the school admin accounts enabling teachers and students to have full access to the Arcadu learning solution.

What about lower ability students?

Arcadu’s intelligent question banks cover from Level 3 to GSCE A* ensuring a wide range of ability levels are catered for. Students automatically receive questions within their ability range to ensure they remain motivated and challenged to succeed and progress.

What about more able students?

Each Arcadu challenge includes content up to and including GCSE A* level ensuring all students are challenged regardless of age.

What about non ICT homework?

Arcadu’s easily accessible notice board and calendar system enables staff to set alternative homeworks providing a simple and effective communication channel to students by year group, subject, individual class or student.

How do I know if students have completed their homework?

Arcadu’s easily accessible reports ensure all staff have the information they need with the minimum effort. Our "Outstanding Challenges Report" provides the information teachers need in less than 4 clicks!

How can I find which subjects are using Arcadu?

Our detailed yet simple to use reports provide a range of information ensuring middle leaders and Senior Leadership teams are fully informed of the progress and usage in each subject, year group, by class and by individual learner.

How can Arcadu help students organise their time?

Arcadu’s calendar system allows students to add, edit and remove tasks from their calendar ensuring they are fully informed of important events. Each Arcadu challenge clearly states the dates they are set and are due to enable students to meet deadlines.

How many games does Arcadu include?

Our philosophy has been to entertain, engage and motivate students using the most relevant and up to date technology to stimulate learning and progress. With 10 Arcade Quality games covering over 80 challenges students will thrive using this platform to learn. Over the coming months and years ahead we will continue to listen to students and schools and develop these games to include additional functionality and reward systems.

Which ability range does Arcadu cover?

Arcadu includes over 7000 questions covering National Curriculum Levels 3 to GCSE A*. This is soon to be extended to include levels 1 & 2.

Can I have a trial before I subscribe?

You are welcome to use our free 30 day trial which allows all students and staff full access to the Arcadu solution including over 7000 questions covering 14 subjects.

How can I be sure student data is safe?

The Arcadu system uses the latest technology to ensure all student data is fully secure.

How can my school work with parents to support learning?

Via our fully automated monthly reports to parents Arcadu enables schools to inform and engage parents allowing them to further develop partnerships and support learners.

Is Arcadu compatible with our school VLE?

Arcadu is fully compatible and does not require a VLE to offer its full range of solutions to schools. As a web based product students and staff have full access 24 hours a day 7 days a week from any computer with an internet connection.
